The Arena of Verona Project
The progetto iPS - integrated Pod System project, developed for the Arena of Verona, stems from the analysis of the particular morphological needs and architectural constraints of the historic monumental context in which it is inserted, and the consequent design, plant engineering, technical and aesthetic criticalities.
Built in the 1st century AD, theArena of Verona - an icon of the Veneto city - is the third largest Roman amphitheater in Italy after the Colosseum and the Arena of Capua, and has been the site of the prestigious Arenian Lyric Festival since 1913.

It is in this scenario, within a unique historic building like theArena of Verona, that the iPS - integrated Pod System project takes shape, a modular bathroom and changing room cell system, with self-supporting panels, entirely conceived and developed by SEVER.
The iPS system is based on a modular construction logic, customizable in both size and fittings.
The dry installation methodology used in the construction of the bathroom cell allows for precise planning and absolute guarantee of installation times, also optimizing construction costs. The inspectability of the systems and the total disassembly of the system allow for future relocation of the spaces.
Comprehensive Flexibility
With iPS - integrated Pod System the bathroom environment evolves and becomes a dynamic and articulated space. The structure flexible and modular is designed to integrate with the surrounding environment thanks to an exclusive prefabricated aluminum module system.
The system provides for the compositionies of three elements:
base, wall and ceiling, in relation to the structural and morphological conformation of the architectural project - base and ceiling are optional.

Innovation and Functionality
Designed to meet high functional performanceand morphological-spatial needs, the iPS - integrated Pod System has a removable and transferablestructure, which offers total flexibility in the management and use of the internal spaces of a building. The modular panels consist of an internal PVC component, enclosed by two aluminum sheets, which are in turn protected by a coating material, available in infinite types.
Qualified by a dry construction system, the cell can be installed at any stage of the construction or renovation of a building.
The iPS system guarantees precise and punctual planning of construction times , with consequent advantages in relation to the intended use of the building.
At the design stage, the individual modules of the bathroom-services and changing room environment are defined following a careful study of the specific design indications.
